Mr. Peter A.D. Giblin (elected in 1993) has a background in international law, merchant banking and executive search. He specializes in working with senior level decision makers to support them as they grow their businesses by identifying, attracting, managing, developing and evaluating talented personnel with a particular focus on the practical aspects of corporate governance. Giblin is a visiting professor in the Faculty of Management at Cass Business School in London, where he is a founder member of The Centre for Research in Corporate Governance.  He is also a member of Court and of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the University of Essex and a founding member of the Dubrovnik Leadership Forum.  He is a member of the British Psychological Society where he is Level A/Level B qualified in occupational testing, and has been a corporate governance commentator on BBC World, and a lecturer on international business law at the Practicing Law Institute in New York. He is a graduate of Yale University, the Columbia University School of Law, he was a Fulbright Scholar in Venezuela and a Hague Fellow in the Netherlands.  His working languages are English, French and Spanish.
