Ms. Teresa C. Barger is the co-founder and CEO of Cartica Management LLC. Before that, she worked for over 20 years at International Finance Corporation (IFC), making investments in emerging markets companies in nearly every region. Before IFC, she worked at McKinsey and Company. She is Vice Chair of ANERA, a non-executive director of the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund of India, and serves as Board member and Committee Chair on USAID’s Advisory Council (ACVFA). She is also an advisor to Princeville Global’s climate tech private equity fund. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Barger received a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
