Future Ready@AUC
Lead, Create and Shape Your Future!
Future Ready@AUC is a four-day interactive bootcamp designed for young people aged 15 to 18 who are beginning to think about university, future careers and the skills they will need to navigate a rapidly changing world. Each day focuses on a different area of future readiness, with workshops exploring leadership and self-awareness, professional communication, entrepreneurial thinking and the practical and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Participants take part in team challenges, real-world scenarios, communication and presentation activities, problem-solving tasks and opportunities to develop and test their own ideas. The bootcamp is built around active participation rather than traditional lectures. Participants work individually and in teams, reflect on their strengths, practice communicating in different situations, explore how ideas can respond to real needs and experiment with ways artificial intelligence can support creativity, learning and future work.
Across the four days, participants also work toward a culminating project that brings the different themes of the bootcamp together. The project gives them the opportunity to identify a problem or opportunity, develop a creative solution, apply selected skills from the workshops and present their final idea to others.
By the end of the program, participants will leave with greater confidence in their ability to lead, communicate, create and adapt, as well as a clearer sense of how these skills can support them in university, work and beyond.
