Managing Life Challenges: From Theory to Practice
As we go on with our lives, we are required to multitask, and to deal with negative emotions such as anger, frustration and disappointment. Behind these emotions are negative beliefs of incompetence or not being appreciated or understood. We may withdraw, act impulsively or give up on career opportunities. Challenging and replacing these negative thoughts with positive ones will lead to better mental health, improve our relationships, paving the way to a better future. Let us learn together how to do that.
