Note that the appointment will be online via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link with simple instructions for when and how to connect.
If you have difficulty with connecting, send an email to studentwellbeing@aucegypt.edu and we will assist you.
Be sure to include your name, ID, and phone number in your email
Note: For students residing on campus, you should also use the link above and make an appointment for an online session.
Emergency Counseling Assistance
If those residing on campus need emergency counseling assistance, contact the AUC Medical Services hotline at +2.2.615.4000. They will direct all cases needing a counselor to our CSW on-call counselor, and we will respond immediately.
Disability and Accommodations
The Student Disability Services (SDS) is working with faculty and students to ensure that students using the SDS services have no disruptions to their schedules while classes are online. For any concerns regarding accessibility in any of your online courses or other issues related to disability, email us at sds@aucegypt.edu and we will look into your concern immediately.
Stay Emotionally and Physically Well
On AUC's Campus Well website https://aucegypt.campuswell.com, you'll find lots of information on how to stay physically and psychologically well while COVID-19 remains a concern. You can also access our resources by downloading our CAMPUS WELL app (available on iOS and Android stores). The CSW sends you best wishes for a healthy, successful, and enjoyable online learning experience.
