How to Apply?

To be considered for AUC scholarships for Spring 2027/Fall 2027, applicants should complete the following three steps:

1. Submit the AUC Admission Application
 Indicate “Yes” when asked if you are interested in applying for a scholarship.

2. Complete the AUC Scholarship Application
Check the box on the first page indicating that you wish to be considered for scholarships.

3. Complete the Scholarship Financial Assessment Application
Submit the Scholarship Financial Assessment Application when you receive the link.
 

Step 1: Submit the AUC Admission Application

  • If you submitted your AUC admission application before September 23, 2026:
    You will receive an email with a link to the AUC scholarship application. If you do not receive the email, contact the enrollment office at enrolauc@aucegypt.edu.
  • If you have not yet submitted your AUC admission application: 
    Complete the application and select “Yes” to the question “Are you interested in applying for a scholarship?” This question appears under the scholarship section of the admission application.

Important Note: Selecting “Yes” is required to be considered for any type of scholarship. If you do not select “Yes”, you will not be considered for any scholarship and will not have another opportunity to apply for scholarships for Spring 2027/Fall 2027.

 

Step 2: Complete the AUC Scholarship Application

After submitting your AUC admission application, you will receive an email with a link to the AUC scholarship application.

On the first page of the scholarship application, you must check the box indicating that you wish to be considered for scholarships.

This will allow you to be considered for all applicable scholarship opportunities, including:

  • Excellence Scholarships
  • Egyptian Public-School Scholarships (PSSF) — eligible only for fall semester
  • Donor-Funded Scholarships
  • Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program

Important Note: If you do not check the interest box, you will not be considered for scholarships and will not have another opportunity to apply for scholarships for Spring 2027/Fall 2027.

Financial need assessment is an important part of the scholarship application process.

  • If you are applying for Donor-Funded Scholarships and/or the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program: 
    Submission of the Scholarship financial assessment application and required financial documents is mandatory.
  • If you are applying for the Excellence Scholarships and/or the Egyptian Public School Scholarships (PSSF): 
    Should you choose not to submit the scholarship financial assessment application and required financial documents, this will limit your competitiveness for scholarship awards. 
     

Step 3: Complete the Scholarship Financial Assessment Application

After submitting the AUC scholarship application, you will receive an acknowledgment email with the steps to submit the scholarship financial assessment application. If you do not receive the acknowledgment email, contact enrolauc@aucegypt.edu.  

Spring 2027 Applicants

  • If you are applying for Spring 2027, you must select Aid Year 2026-2027 on Banner to fill out the correct application.
  • Aplicants who have not submitted the scholarship financial assessment application by November 10, 2026 will be put on a waiting list for consideration.

Fall 2027 Applicants

  • If you are applying for Fall 2027, you must select Aid Year 2027-2028 on Banner to fill out the correct application. This application will be accessible on Banner in late-October.
  • Priority for scholarship consideration is given to applicants who complete and submit the scholarship application and the scholarship financial assessment application on Banner by February 1, 2027 for early admission and June 1, 2027 for regular admission.
