As part of the University’s role to advocate youth empowerment, share expertise and strengthen relations within Egyptian universities and the private sector; AUC has been implementing the UCCD project since 2017 in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The project aims to improve the employability of public university graduates and enhance the integration of job market requirements in career services and higher education.
UCCD held its Fourth Annual Networking Event “The Way Forward'' on May 7-9, 2023. 100+ UCCD staff from 22 centers in 15 Egyptian public universities from Alexandria to Aswan gathered to envision the future of career education and plan for it in a three-day networking event.
UCCD extension project will include nine Egyptian public universities, three technological universities and four not-for-profit universities to reach a total of 46 UCCDs in 34 partner Egyptian universities by the end of 2026.

Openings include: Assiut University, Suez University, Tanta University, Aswan University, Alexandria University, Mansoura University, Beni Suef University, Minia University, Zagazig University, Menoufia University, Ain Shams University, Sohag University.
