About the Travel Office

The Travel Office monitors and implements University travel policies to maintain compliance and consistency across all travel activities. The office also offers meet-and-assist services at airports—covering customs and immigration procedures—for non-Egyptian travelers, in accordance with established University guidelines.

Through these comprehensive services, the Travel Office ensures that every trip taken by a member of the AUC community is professionally managed, policy-compliant, and seamlessly executed.

How to process a service request?

Process Your Request

You must create your profile with your personal information and a passport copy. This profile will be filled once, saved, and used for all your future travel requests. It can be edited at any time.

Once you complete a new travel request, you will receive an auto-reply with a request serial number, which should be referenced in all communications with the travel office until the service is fulfilled.
