Service Request

The AUC faculty and staff are requested to use the Self-Service Portal for placing any service requests related to maintenance, housekeeping, pest control and landscape services

  • Refer to the user guide to check the steps for submitting an online service request.
  • The form applies to services requested in both campuses, New Cairo and Tahrir Square, in addition to the AUC off-campus premises.
  • For emergency cases - that may have a hazardous impact on life or may cause interruption inside classes - during/after working hours, on weekends, and on official holidays, contact: +20.2.2615.2222 - ext. 2222 or contact the AUC switchboard operator at 19282 and explain the problem.

As of December 1, 2022, the help desk operations office will not receive emails through facilities@aucegypt.edu unless it is for follow-ups or filing complaints and will not receive any phone calls unless there is an emergency case.
