Faculty and Staff Rental Rates
The annual rental rate covers the rent for a furnished apartment, which is paid on a monthly basis.
The rent includes:
- Regular and emergency maintenance
- Furniture repair and replacement (if needed)
- Management of utility billing for gas, electricity, water and internet
- Building maintenance fees
The rent does not include the cost of electricity, gas, water and telephone services. Utility charges are billed separately every month.
Rental rates for New Cairo housing units:
