AUC-Owned Accommodations

AUC has apartments for rent to eligible faculty and staff members. For more details about its policy and the neighborhoods where these apartments are located, visit the AUC housing office website.

Serviced flats in Zamalek

  • Golden Tulip Flamenco Hotel
  • Hilton Cairo Zamalek Residences
  • Om Kolthoom Hotel
  • Iconia, which used to be the AUC student dorms, has serviced/furnished flats that can be rented on a short basis for six months or less through a company called Lemon Spaces. It can also be found on Airbnb. Iconia also has long-term leases (six months or more), and those interested can contact Nikola Bagaric, property manager, at 01288887478 or email her at [email protected].
  • There is a three bedroom flat available for rent in Zamalek (the building next to the Flamenco Hotel). The landlord's name is Mr. Mohamed Barrada and can be reached at 012.2213.4128.
