Eid Al-Fitr Holiday - 2026

Dear AUC Community,

In celebration of Eid Al-Fitr, the University will be closed from Thursday, March 19, through Monday, March 23, 2026. We will resume normal operations on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. 

To make this special occasion even more meaningful, the University has extended the previously announced vacation days so that families can spend more time together during these blessed days.

For classes scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays, an additional make-up session will be required. We kindly ask faculty members to coordinate with their students ahead of time to agree on suitable dates and times. Please ensure that the make-up session is scheduled before the last day of the Spring 2026 semester by sending a classroom reservation request to regisevents@aucegypt.edu
