Community Invitation: MSCHE Open Forum on Self-Study Findings
As part of AUC’s ongoing reaffirmation of accreditation with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE), the University has engaged in a comprehensive self-study process examining how well AUC fulfills its mission and meets MSCHE's standards for quality and effectiveness. This collaborative effort has involved broad participation from constituents across the University and has provided an opportunity to reflect on AUC's strengths, challenges, and priorities for the future.
A key milestone in the reaffirmation process is the upcoming virtual visit by the Chair of the MSCHE Evaluation Team, Dr. Ben Rifkin, who will meet with various AUC constituents from November 1 - 5. These meetings will provide an opportunity for the Chair to learn more about the University and the self-study process as AUC prepares for the full evaluation team visit. Details about this virtual visit will be shared with the community by next week.
To keep the AUC community informed and engaged, the AUC Accreditation team invites all community members to attend an open forum on the self-study findings and next steps in the reaffirmation process. During the forum, members of the Steering Committee will share key findings and themes that emerged from the self-study, discuss opportunities for continued institutional improvement, and answer questions from attendees. The forum is also an opportunity for community members to share feedback and ideas as AUC moves forward in the reaffirmation process.

We encourage all members of the AUC community to participate in this important conversation and learn more about the outcomes of the self-study and the University's ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and institutional excellence.
