Graduate Poster Competition

This activity invites graduate students to present their research using posters. Research posters are a common medium of presentation that engages a "walking" audience through text and attractive visuals. The idea should be complete and self-explanatory so that a viewer would understand the poster, even in the absence of a presenter.

Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by a committee composed of The American University in Cairo's (AUC) faculty members from various disciplines. Successful participants will be informed via email.

Eligible participants need to fulfill all of the following criteria:

  • AUC graduate students

  • Must be enrolled at AUC during submission, or have graduated the last academic year

  • The research was carried out at AUC

  • All disciplines are welcome to participate

  • First prize: EGP 10,000
