Office of Institutional Equity
The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) oversees the University’s centralized initiatives for preventing, reporting and responding to concerns related to discrimination and harassment.
The Office of Institutional Equity is also responsible for enforcing the University’s Anti-Harassment and Non-Discrimination Policy. The American University in Cairo is committed to maintaining a safe learning and working environment that is free from all forms of harassment and discrimination. The University will not tolerate any forms of discrimination and harassment in the workplace or educational environment.
