Relaxation and meditation techniques have been shown to help people feel less stressed, focus better, and sleep better. A simple approach is to take a deep breath while counting slowly to four, hold your breath for four seconds, then release the air slowly through your mouth. Do this four times. There are many resources and apps for learning diverse relaxation and meditation techniques.
