Seham

Seham Ghalwash, PhD, is an instructor at The American University in Cairo (AUC) at the Onsi Sawiris School of Business. She earned her PhD in entrepreneurship from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), complemented by a visiting research appointment at IE Business School, Madrid, and holds an MSc in international business and emerging markets (with distinction) from the University of Edinburgh Business School.

Galal

Before joining The American University in Cairo (AUC), Galal H. Galal-Edeen served as a professor of information systems engineering at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Cairo University. He has also served as visiting professor at the UCL Interaction Centre, University of London, and as visiting professor at AUC and Nile University. He carried out the role of Cairo University chair of innovation and the founder of the Cairo University Innovation Support Office.

Hanan

Hanan M. Moussa received her BA in business administration in 1992, her MSc in computer science from The American University in Cairo (AUC) in 2001 and her PhD in information systems from Cairo University in 2010.

Noah

Noah Farhadi has more than 27 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing and consumer goods sectors and in global mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategy consulting firms.

Moataz

Moataz Darwish is an associate professor of practice at the Onsi Sawiris School of Business and a former senior Shell executive. He brings 25 years of experience in energy management, alongside his academic and executive training expertise. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Bradford, United Kingdom, where he was awarded a partial scholarship for his research in strategy and entrepreneurship, analyzing the mental and business models of Big Tech and Big Oil firms. He also holds an MBA and is eligible for a master's degree in research.

Hoda

Hoda El Kolaly is a visiting assistant professor of marketing at the Onsi Sawiris School of Business at The American University in Cairo (AUC). She earned her PhD in business management from the University of Nottingham, UK in 2018 and her MBA and BSc from AUC in 2002 and 2006, respectively.

Nourhan

Nourhan Eid is an assistant professor of finance at the Onsi Sawiris School of Business. She received her PhD and MSc with distinction from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom, where she also worked as a graduate teaching assistant. She is an associate fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy.

Her research focuses on fintech and financial development, particularly online lending marketplaces. She has presented her work at several international conferences.

Rim

Rim Chérif is an assistant professor at The American University in Cairo's (AUC) Onsi Sawiris School of Business. She received her PhD in financial engineering from HEC Montréal in 2017 under the supervision of Hatem Ben Ameur and Bruno Rémillard. Her dissertation focused on pricing complex financial derivative securities under Lévy processes.

Tarek

Tarek Ibrahim Eldomiaty is a professor of finance at The American University in Cairo (AUC). Eldomiaty holds a PhD in finance from The City University Cass Business School in London, the UK. Eldomiaty taught at master's and PhD programs at many international academic institutions such as the Australian National University (NGSM), The City University Cass Business School, University of Westminster, UAE University and University of Dubai. He served as the dean of the faculty of business at Misr International University.

Marina

Marina Apaydin is an associate professor of management at The American University in Cairo (AUC) with over a decade of teaching experience in the Middle East and North Africa. She holds a PhD in strategic management and innovation from Western University, an MBA in finance and international business and an MA in Islamic studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MS in unmanned aerial vehicles from Leningrad Electrical Engineering University (LETI).
