Hanan M. Moussa

Brief Biography

Hanan M. Moussa received her BA in business administration in 1992, her MSc in computer science from The American University in Cairo (AUC) in 2001 and her PhD in information systems from Cairo University in 2010.

From 2010 to 2022, Moussa served as an assistant professor in the Information Systems Department at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Cairo University. She has more than 30 years of experience in IT across multinational organizations including IBM, HP and DXC. Throughout her career, she has held various positions such as department head, senior project manager, tester, software developer and quality assurance manager. Her research methodologies include qualitative, empirical and quantitative techniques.
