Cardless Service
If you are sick/ill, all you need to do is send an email to the medical insurance company at glowapprovals@globemedegypt.com, attaching your prescription, insurance ID number, name and branch of the pharmacy/hospital/lab. Make sure to state in the subject line that you want approval without a card. If you have already paid out of pocket and wish to request a reimbursement, then fill in the reimbursement form with the correct bank details (bank name, branch, and account number) along with the other information on the form. Send it along with any other documents you have regarding this specific claim to reimbursement@globemedegypt.com.
COVID-19 Protocol
The medical insurance company covers the confirmed cases of COVID-19 either by positive PCR/abnormalities in lab tests/chest CT scan through cash and refund 100%. In other words, you will have to pay out of pocket and then file for reimbursement only if you are a confirmed COVID-19 case. Treatment protocol and inpatient cases are also covered once confirmed COVID-19.
