Mission and Vision

The Life Mentorship Program provides learner-centered and lifelong mentoring experiences through an engaging network of mentors to shape AUC mentees' well-rounded identity, promote holistic and professional competency learning and development platform, and foster engagement within communities to learn, evolve and thrive.

Life-long Outcomes of the Life Mentorship Program

  • Shaping the well-rounded identity of the AUC mentees and lifelong learners.

  • Creating sustainable quality mentoring relationships.

  • Promoting holistic competency learning experiences for mentees: growth mindset and resilience, creative thinking, healthy relationships and community building, and leadership.

  • Supporting mentees to lead a meaningful and intentional life while realizing their fullest potential.

  • Guiding mentees to identify their hidden talents, skills and passions preparing them to thrive personally and professionally.
