Below are the steps that all University offices should follow to order items from The Shop:

  1. Email The Shop team at theshop@aucegypt.edu and youssef.mina@aucegypt.edu with the required items and quantities.

  2. Complete The Shop Requisition Form and ensure it is approved and signed by the head of the department.

  3. A copy of the fund reservation form must be attached to the bookstore requisition.

  4. Hand over a hard copy of the documents to The Shop.

  5. Receive the order from The Shop.
