The Math, Data Science, and Actuarial Science Association (MADS) at The American University in Cairo (AUC) is dedicated to fostering a supportive and dynamic community for students passionate about mathematics, data science and actuarial science. Our mission is to provide a platform where students can deepen their academic knowledge, enhance their practical skills and build meaningful connections within and beyond the university.

MADS organizes a wide range of activities, from workshops and guest lectures by industry professionals to networking events, study sessions and competitions. Through these events, members have the opportunity to develop technical and analytical skills, stay updated on industry trends and connect with experts. We aim to prepare our members for successful careers by providing resources and mentorship, supporting their professional and academic growth and promoting innovation and critical thinking. 

Our association is also committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. 

MADS encourages collaboration and camaraderie among students of all levels, helping them to grow together and make the most of their university experience.
