A Cocurricular Transcript (CCT) is an official record of your verified Cocurricular activities at AUC. It complements your academic transcript by documenting achievements outside the classroom. Applications are submitted each semester through AUC Connect system, and only current-semester activities are accepted.
A CCT highlights your non-academic skills and experiences, helping you stand out in job, internship, or graduate school applications. It provides verified proof of your involvement and growth beyond academics.
It gives you a competitive edge by showcasing soft skills like leadership and communication. It also serves as a verified summary of your achievements, useful for employers, graduate schools, and scholarships.
A. Automatically Verified Experiences
These are tracked via AUC-Connect — no submission needed. Includes:
- AUC Student Organizations
- Athletic Teams
- First-Year Experience (FYE)
- Career Development (Career Center/work-study)
- Internship Courses
- Co-Curricular Pathways
- Life Mentorship Program (LMP)
- Student Ambassadors Program
Some appear as activities; others (like LMP or Pathways) show as skill badges.
B. Self-Reported Experiences
Not tracked by AUC-Connect — must be submitted manually and verified. Includes:
- Undergraduate Research (e.g., EURECA, FYRE, URJE)
- Career Development outside the Career Center (e.g., external internships, job shadowing)
Access and Navigation |

After submitting your CCT record, it’s sent to the relevant faculty or staff for verification—usually your organization president and then the OSE advisor for final approval. They will verify or decline your submission and notify you. If you don’t hear back within 10 working days, contact the Office of Student Engagement at ccthelp@aucegypt.edu
- To track your progress under the Automatically Verified section, check the group you joined on AUC-Connect. If your participation is not reflected, contact the relevant office (e.g., Office of Student Life, Athletics, Career Center, or Co-Curricular Programs) to request verification before the end of the semester.
- For the Self-Reporting section, submitted activities will be reflected on your CCT after they are reviewed and verified, typically by the end of each semester.
Yes, you can download it as a soft copy or print it as a hard copy. If you need to provide it to an external entity, you can have it officially stamped by the Office of the Dean of Students.
The CCT is updated within one month before the end of each semester.
