Steps to Order AUC Branded Items

Below are the steps that all university offices must follow to order AUC branded items:

  1. Email the bookstore team at emad_b@aucegypt.edu and mic-raafat@aucegypt.edu with all AUC branded items and quantities needed.

  2. Fill out the bookstore requisition form, approved and signed by the head of the department.

  3. A copy of the fund reservation form must be attached to the bookstore requisition.

  4. Hand over a hard copy of the documents to the Campus shop.

  5. Receive the order from the Campus Shop.
