Game Design - Minor

Program Overview

AUC’s broad-based liberal arts education allows you to diversify your learning with a minor or two — helping you develop skills complementary to your primary area of study and demonstrating to potential employers that you have range.

The game design minor at AUC is a unique opportunity for students of different disciplines to gain insight into the world of game design. With a focus on collaboration and ideation, students will learn to prototype their original ideas using various tools and test them to reach a minimum viable product. This program is open to all students, with a particular focus on graphic design and computer science and engineering courses. Graduates of the program will have a wide range of career opportunities and paths, including the chance to pitch their ideas to industry professionals and work on game projects with other team members.
