MyPath

MyPath is a structured, postsecondary nondegree learning pathway for students with neurodevelopmental disabilities who have completed high school and demonstrate the required level of English proficiency. Drawing on The American University in Cairo’s traditions of excellence in educational standards and support for students with diverse needs, the program provides an inclusive, tailored learning experience that builds on individual students’ strengths and needs.

A Personalized Academic Track for Holistic Learning Serving Students with Learning Disabilities

MyPath is a personalized program designed to promote inclusive education across all disciplines. It offers access to regular undergraduate courses within an inclusive learning environment, using a pass/fail grading system. 

Students taking part in this program will get a certificate of attendance/participation. The program does not offer degrees or a transcript.

  • Minimum level IELTS 5/Duolingo 105

  • Educational assessment results conducted within one year of the start of the program from a center recognized by AUC.
