For Students

Study Abroad Opportunities
AUC provides opportunities to study abroad during the academic year or summer, either through tuition exchange programs with our international partner universities or independently. Study abroad allows students to receive academic credit toward their degree at AUC while enjoying an enriching personal and academic experience.

Visiting International Students
Each semester, AUC welcomes hundreds of visiting international students from our exchange partners and other universities around the globe, who take classes with our local students or enroll in an intensive Arabic program, earning transfer credit toward their home degree program.

International Students
Students from all over the world call AUC home while they complete an undergraduate or graduate degree program, bringing a wealth of diverse experiences into the classroom, research labs, and University culture.
For Faculty and Staff

Egypt 360: Global Short-Term Programs
AUC hosts faculty-led groups of students from universities around the globe for short-term customized programs that can run from 1 week to 3 months during the winter or summer

Virtual Exchange
Through AUC university partnerships, faculty can collaborate with peers globally to co-design and/or co-teach courses. Faculty and students connect virtually and/or in person for the duration of an individual lesson or entire course, exchanging perspectives and exploring course material in a cross-cultural context.

Erasmus+ Program
AUC facilitates opportunities for faculty and academic staff to travel to partner universities through the Erasmus+ program, for teaching or training.

Partnerships
The International Programs and Services Office (IPSO) establishes and administers various types of institutional partnerships with universities abroad to support international education activities for students, faculty and staff.
