Brief Biography

An assistant professor with more than 15 years of experience as a university educator, the subject maintains research interests in information systems, software engineering, software project metrics and estimation, requirements engineering, software project management, systems development methodologies, quality management and quality process frameworks.

Academic research is consistently coupled with industry expertise. Serving as a senior delivery manager with more than 30 years of experience in IT, key roles have spanned project management (traditional and agile), release management, service delivery management, software development, testing, project metrics and estimation, quality assurance and presales.

Primary strengths include strong communication, people management and team-building skills that drive business results, along with recognized proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research.

Recently selected as an ABET program evaluator for the Computer Accreditation Commission, specialization includes the evaluation of information systems programs.
