Integrated Services Office

The Integrated Services Office (ISO) at The American University in Cairo (AUC) provides reliable, customer-focused and high-quality services that support and enrich the daily experience of the AUC community. As a service-oriented unit, ISO strives to anticipate and respond to the diverse needs of faculty, staff, students and guests by ensuring smooth operations, timely support and consistent service delivery across all its functions.

Soft Services

The soft services philosophy is based on hospitality standards and offering white glove treatment to the AUC community. The main target is providing, enhancing and maintaining a healthy, hygienic campus and creating a safe environment for everyone.

Housing

The housing office is committed to providing comfortable accommodation for eligible relocated faculty members, staff and interns and establishing, through its services and resources, an atmosphere that assists in their personal growth and ensures a pleasant stay in Cairo in support of the University’s mission. We are committed to delivering a superior accommodation service for the AUC community through commitment and high-caliber teams.

Transportation Services

The transportation services main focus is to ensure the safety and security of the AUC community through different transportation services. Providing the safest, most efficient and most reliable transportation services to the AUC community.

Real Estate Management

The Real Estate Management Office supports the University's strategic and operational goals by effectively utilizing AUC properties, maintaining accurate property records and facilitating contracts in collaboration with multiple offices, including the Office of the General Counsel and Compliance, Office of the University Architect and Office of the Vice President for Management and Operations.
