Procurement Services is a unit under the office of Supply Chain Management.
- Responsible for the sourcing process to satisfy the diverse needs of the University requirements from goods and services from any point on globe in the most competitive and timely manner, in accordance with the University’s mission and standards of ethics and integrity, while achieving cost savings/avoidance and maintaining quality performance.
- Assists faculty and staff by providing product information whenever needed, locating sources of supply, and explaining procurement options.
- Reviews, analyzes and recommends solutions to complicated purchasing problems and transactions. Professionally resolve problems in a fair and ethical manner while protecting the long term interests of the University.
