Ms. Laurie Fitch is a career financial services executive with a multi-decade focus on energy transition. She is a retired partner of the investment bank PJT Partners and continues to serve as a senior advisor. She is a non-executive director of three public companies: CenterPoint Energy (NYSE: CNP), EDP Renewables and Man Group plc, where she also chairs the Remuneration Committee. Before joining PJT, Fitch was co-head of Morgan Stanley’s Global Industrials Group and prior to that, she spent 15 years as an equity analyst and portfolio manager at TIAA and Artisan Partners, investing in the utilities, industrials and infrastructure sectors. Fitch is the board chair of Georgetown University’s Center for Contemporary Arab Studies and a member of the finance and operations, audit and investment subcommittees of the Tate Board of Trustees in London. Fitch spent a year abroad at The American University in Cairo in 1991 and graduated with a BA in Arabic and Middle East studies and an MA in Arab Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
