There are many different understandings of what critical AI literacy entails. But usually it includes understanding how AI works, then approaching it critically when we use it, including recognizing the biases and limitations (e.g. hallucinations) and the inequalities that can be reproduced with AI, as well as developing the judgment of when to use or refuse AI, and learning how to prompt AI and include it in your workflow in ways that are helpful without being harmful.

You may apply for a Teaching and Learning Enhancement Support Grant that can cover things like the purchasing of licenses for tools and the hiring of a Research Assistant.
