How to Apply for AUC Residences

Whether you are a freshman student, a graduate student, a transfer student or attending AUC as an exchange student, we at the University Residences provide a variety of living options that fit your style of living.

If you are applying to the University Residences as a first-time freshman, you will be privileged to be living at the on-campus residence and be part of our First Year Residential Experience Program (FYRE). You will be receiving the support that will help you transition and cope with the challenges you will encounter throughout your University life.

As a first-time freshman, all you need to do for now is to follow these easy steps:

  1. Secure your final admission to AUC to be able to create your email account here (e.g. name@aucegypt.edu)
  2. Activate your AUC email and use your username and password to log in to Banner Self-Service
  3. Click on “Housing” to proceed with your application, and once done make sure you click on “Submit Application”
  4. Proceed to the "Housing Application down-payment" page. For Egyptian students, click here, for International students, click here. For a step-by-step instruction, click here
  5. Expect an email from the Office of Residential Life within five working days if you have successfully completed steps one to four. Check your University email regularly
