100 Years of Excellence Awards

In alignment with AUC’s 100-year celebration, the Office of Human Resources launched the initiative, 100 Years of Excellence Awards 2019 – 2020. This recognition program aims to recognize key staff players who, with their outstanding performance and continued excellence, have made a significant contribution to AUC, and to encourage top achievers who have gone beyond the normal expectations of their positions across the whole year.

Going from “Good to Great”, the Office of Human Resources is glad to announce the conclusion of the first quarter round, out of four rounds. 

“The 100 Years of Excellence Awards 2019 – 2020 is a strategic initiative to enhance and improve human capital and a scheme that we would like to continue and develop," said Sarah Refaat, senior associate vice president for human resources. "It will give an opportunity to AUC leaders to show appreciation for their dedicated and hardworking staff. The cabinet members, in addition to the Office of Human Resources, received a number of nominations for staff who had gone beyond their job duties showing outstanding performance. Therefore, I am delighted to announce and congratulate 2019 awardees. They deserve a round of applause for their great efforts, dedication and excellent service.”
