Writing job descriptions (JD) is recognized as one of the most useful tools in modern management. This one-day workshop has been designed to assist the participants in developing or re-writing job descriptions. It will address techniques of writing, methods of gathering information as well as portrayal of job descriptions, definition, types, content and characteristics.
