AUC alumni and first-degree family members are entitled to receive a discounted EGP 1,500 for the PCR test and EGP 350 for the rapid antibodies test, available at the on-campus testing facilities. Alumni members need to show their AUC ID to receive the discount.
Prime Speed Medical accepts cash or credit, and the service is available to all students, faculty, staff, and alumni. If you do not have your AUC alumni ID, send an email 24 hours before visiting the station to notify the Prime Speed medical team.

An alumni ID card allows you to enter any of AUC campuses and the Library. Alumni IDs are issued between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Sundays through Thursdays at the Office of Alumni Engagement, AUC New Cairo, Administration Building, Room P002. The cost of issuing the ID card is EGP 300 and expires every three years. Payment is made only in cash at the University cashier or the CIB Bank. Do not bring a photo with you, as we will take a picture of you and issue the alumni ID instantly.

AUC offers five partial scholarships on an annual basis to children of alumni. Established in 1983 by the International Alumni Council, the Alumni Endowed Scholarship Fund receives contributions from AUC alumni worldwide in support of scholarships for the children of Egyptian and Arab AUC alumni. Showcase your PRIDE, and order your AUC class ring
Your graduation is almost complete now and is only missing one thing, AUC class ring! The AUC class ring embodies both your academic achievement and your precious memories made at AUC. In addition, the class ring is the only tangible connection among all AUCians wherever you go. The ring is custom-made and comes in two different variations: pure silver for EGP 800 or silver with gold for EGP 1,400. On one side, you will have your graduation year engraved, and the other side will be your degree, whether it is BA, BSc, MA, MSc, or PhD. To purchase a class ring and other jewelry items from AUC, visit the administration building in AUC New Cairo, Room P002, between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Sundays through Thursdays at the Office of Alumni Engagement. The Psychological Counseling Services and Training Center at the psychology department offers free and confidential services to AUC Alumni (based on availability and match). Counselors-in-training, who members of the psychology faculty professionally supervise, might help you deal with a wide variety of stress, anger problems, anxiety, time management difficulties, concentration problems, lack of motivation, interpersonal or family difficulties, self-esteem issues. Counseling sessions take place on the ground floor in the Humanities and Social Services (HUSS) building.
Due to the current shift to online operations, remote counseling sessions are done through the use of a secured HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

AUC's Office of Athletics offers quality athletic activities and learning opportunities to the AUC community. The Office of Athletics at AUC New Cairo Campus offers a wide variety of activities and programs. To apply for a membership, visit the Office of Alumni Engagement in the Administration Building, Room P002. The individual membership costs EGP 600 per semester or EGP 1,200 per year. Alumni spouses and children as of the age of 16 can purchase a membership for EGP 750. All payments must be made in cash; you will receive a membership sticker after paying in full, which will give you access to the sports complex. All AUC Alumni are eligible to apply for membership to the AUC Libraries. Apply in person at the circulation desk.

AUC alumni have limited access to electronic resources due to licensing restrictions: We regret that off-campus access is unavailable for alumni. However, alumni with Egyptian citizenship have access to many rich databases and other electronic resources through the Egyptian knowledge bank. Registration is free and only requires a national ID number. Our librarians can assist you with the registration process. In addition, the library website lists a range of open-access databases, which are freely accessible. On the list of databases by title, open-access resources have a double asterisk (**) mark.
