Financial Aid Application for Graduate Students  Graduate students who have never applied  for financial aid and want to apply for the first time must submit financial aid applications with the required certifying documents to the Office of Enrollment and Student Service Center, located at the Dr. Hamza AlKholi Center, no later than December 15. 


DEADLINE   January 1                   The Youssef JameelPhD Fellowships in Applied Sciences and Engineering The program is intended to enable qualified Egyptian science and engineering graduates to attend AUC on a full tuition-free scholarship basis. The long term objective of the program is to develop the manpower for research and development in the region by providing the skill sets for future scientists who are easily recruited in prominent positions in Egypt and the region.








Steps to Renew your Financial Aid Application

no later than December 15   




Graduate students who receive financial aid and want to renew their awards must log on to the student portal using their AUC email username and password, select "Graduate" from the "Online Forms" menu, fill in the financial aid renewal form and then submit. If the "Graduate" selection is not available on the menu, click "Add Content" to add "Graduate" to the menu.

The Fall 2013 graduation ceremony for graduate students will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2014 in Bassily Hall at AUC New Cairo.

The HELM graduate organization
is hosting the International day for disability on Dec 4 in the Bartlett Plaza area in front of the library from 9am-2pm and will continue after 2 pm in the sport facilities at AUC New Cairo.


 Catch the last two rounds  for graduate support grants              Apply by February 9 or by April 6!   Research, Conference and Study Abroad Grants Interested graduate students must submit 2013-2014 grant applications to their departments by one of the following two upcoming deadlines:  February 9, 2014; or April 6, 2014. All full-time graduate students at AUC are eligible to apply for research, conference and study abroad grants. Those who have just graduated and intend to present the results of their MA or MS thesis at a recognized professional conference may also apply.
