Maha Abdel Kader



Maha Abdel Nasser, PA President

Abdel Nasser has more than 26 years of experience in the areas of sales, marketing as well as management with proven ability to drive business growth through aggressive sales initiatives that deliver revenue growth and market share. She held different executive jobs in multinational, regional, and large local organizations. Abdel Nasser is currently working as the head of commercial in El-Kharafi Group, ICT sector, she is also a certified instructor with the Executive Education (ExecEd) at AUC and part-time instructor in the Arab Academy for Science and Technology (AAST). Abdel Nasser holds an engineering degree from Cairo University and an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology as well as a PhD degree in marketing from Mayfield University, USA. In addition to the business side, Abdel Nasser has been elected as a member of the supreme council in the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers, she is also heading different committees there as part of her volunteer work. She is now heading an initiative for safe driving under the name of “Arrive Alive”. Moreover, she is one of the founding members of the Egyptian Social Democratic Party, and she is currently a member of the political bureau. She was also an active member in the salvation front. Abdel Nasser has one son, Rami, who is studying computer science at AUC.

Dina Kadry    

Dina Zakaria ElFeki, International Relation, and Media Department in MIDOR (Middle East Oil Refinement)
ElFeki graduated from Ain Shams University with a bachelor of arts. She has four kids. The eldest is a junior majoring in IMC at AUC. She has three kids enrolled in Hayah International Academy. ElFeki has been working in the international relation and media department in MIDOR (Middle East Oil Refinement) for the past 10 years, but alongside her work, she has always been involved in the Parents - Teaching Association (PTA) in her children’s school. She also took several courses in marriage and family counseling, and a life coaching program in London at the Coaching Academy.

Ehab Mostafa


Ehab Mostafa

Mostafa is a dynamic senior leader with a unique depth and breadth of experience blended with an ability to drive breakthrough change and advancement. He holds an executive MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Cairo University. Mostafa is the father of Hana, majoring in integrated marketing communications.

Emad Farid

Emad Farid

Farid is a leading hospitality professional who excels at organizational assessment, budgeting, developing sales strategies, action plans, marketing analysis as well as performance evaluation and skill assessment. He has worked with many hospitality giants like Wings Group, the Cairo Marriott Hotel, Hilton and Sheraton corporations, Pyramisa Group Egypt and ME and currently is vice president of Time Hotels, Resorts UAE and Egypt. Farid is a member or a numerous distinguished association both nationally and internationally; such as BEBA ( Board member) EPBA ( Board member), EJB ( head of Tourism, Hotels and Aviation committee), CCFE, SITE, MITA, ICCA, MPI, CIMPA, MITA, and many others. Along with this extensive career, Farid has amassed a total of 22 different awards in his field. He hopes to use his ability to form good relationships with both peers and stakeholders in his line of work to serve the AUC parents and community at large.

Hossam Saleh










Hossam Saleh, Chief Operating Officer, Egyptian Media Group

Saleh is a leading business executive with wide professional technology, media and telecom (TMT) experience. He spent near to 30 years in leading positions with reputable organizations. Saleh assumed the positions as the country senior office at Alcatel Lucent Egypt and the regional manager at Cisco Egypt, regional manager at Sandvine and Earlier at NCR/AT&T. He was the strategy and commercial director of TE Data. He led the business in several local and multinational organizations with several assignments in the Middle East, Africa, and the Arab region. Since July 2016, Saleh is the chief operations officer at Egyptian Media (the holding company of conglomerate of companies in the media provision and services). The Egyptian Media group is one of the largest in the Middle East in media services.

Saleh serves as a member of the advisory board for NOOR advanced technologies and board member of Telecom Egypt for IT. He is a senior accredited international consultant and certified international business facilitator in business planning, execution, leadership, and business acumen. He carries a BSc in engineering with major of data communication. He had several post-graduate studies in different fields including business process, business execution, and business acumen. As an entrepreneur, he is the founder of several companies in the field of technology and business consultancy.

Saleh has a long experience as a volunteer for community services. He is the general secretary of the Middle East Council for Entrepreneurship and Small Projects (MCSBE), He is the founder and the first chairman of Internet Society of Egypt – Internet Masr, was board member of the Egyptian Junior Business Association (EJB) and vice president of the CIT chamber of the Egyptian Federation for Industries. Saleh has an active regional role within Rotary International for more than 20 years. He is a board member of Maadi lovers charity organization.

Khaled Attia











Khaled Attia, Head of Dispute Resolution Department, Al-Tamimi & Co (ATCO)
Attia has over 23 years of experience in the legal field. Attia joined Al-Tamimi & Co (ATCO) in January 2018 as a partner and head of dispute settlement department. Before joining ATCO, Attia was a partner at Sarie-Eldin and Partners Law Firm (SE&P) since February 2010. He was the partner responsible for the arbitration department, the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and competition matters.

Attia is a registered arbitrator in the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), the Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). He is also a registered mediator at the Investment Dispute Resolution Center in the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones in Egypt (GAFI). Before joining SE&P, Attia was the executive director of the Egyptian Competition Authority. He assumed office in January 2006 until January 2010. Attia was also a commissioner in the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) competition commission until December 2010, and he is currently the chairperson of the Egyptian Association for the Protection of Competition. Attia represented Egypt in several international occasions, including the meetings of the COMESA concerning the drafting and adoption of regional competition rules and regulations. In addition, he represented Egypt in the Euro-Med meetings on competition law and policy. From the year 2000 throughout 2006, Attia had worked as a chief prosecutor in the Office of the Prosecutor General of Egypt, Office for International Cooperation. During that time, he worked as a part-time legal advisor to the Minister of Trade (2000-2004) and to the Minister of Finance (2004-2006). He participated in the drafting of several laws and regulations such as the Specialized Economic Zones Law, the competition law and its executive regulations, the PPP law and its executive regulations, the income tax law and the micro small and small enterprises law. Attia obtained his PhD in international law in 2005 from Ain Shams University and an LLM in international human rights law in 1999 from the University of Essex, UK. He is also a visiting professor on international business law at Nile University.

Mohamed Reda




Mohamed Reda
Reda has over 40 years of experience in the electronics, telecommunications, information technology, and solar energy industries. He has been working for several multinational corporations in Canada, the United States, as well as Egypt holding a variety of senior executive technical and managerial positions. He was a board member and CEO of an Egyptian solar energy corporation, and a co-founder/managing director of another telecommunications company. Reda is a member of the Ontario Professional Engineers, as well as the Egyptian syndicate of engineers.

Reda had been a member of the Canadian International School of Egypt’s PTA for four years, is currently a member of the board of governors of “Gannat El-Kholoud”, and a member of the board of “Tatweer”, both Egyptian non-profit charitable organizations. Reda, who is the AUC PA vice president, is the father of Heba, a senior IMC student at AUC.

Mona Awara


Mona Awara    

Awara is a senior accountant with over 15 years of experience, with several memberships within sports and charitable committees. As an accountant, Awara has experience in international standards and practices. She is efficient in assessment, standardizing, monitoring and optimizing costs, as well as in implementing revenue generating streams. Awara is also skillful in implementing educational systems to boost standards and students performance. Awara has been a member of Tanta squash committee for several years and has the ability to enhance sports strategy and vision. She has a fellowship of heart patients (convoys and medical awareness, in addition to, free treatment for those who are in need). With regard to charity, Awara has exposure in fundraising as well as an awareness of the implementing corporate social responsibilities. She is the mother of Maryam Abou-Freikha.

Sally AbdelKader


Sally Abdelkader
In the United States, Abdelkader was the PTA president on a local level and then Hudson County Council of PTA for five years. She is also the CEO of World Motherhood Federation. Her mission is to help abused women across the globe. Additionally, she has built Metropolis Mall which is located in New Cairo. She is a mom and a businesswoman who enjoys working with people. With her extensive experience, she can offer insight and a fresh cultural perspective on diverse issues. Abdelkader aims to establish a link between the parents, students, and faculty of our university. Her hope is to be diligent and relentless in keeping AUC informed on the latest PTA events worldwide. 

Shamel Fawzy




Shamel Ahmed Fawzy, Consultant, Management, and Finance Expert

With 38 years of financial experience, Fawzy gained technical expertise in financial restructuring and systems development in different fields of operation throughout my career. He worked for six multinational companies; CitiBank, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Giesica and Devrient, PEPSI, and Al-Diar Al-Qatareya. He also worked abroad for one year while working for Nestle in Switzerland. Fawzy also restructured several local groups, holding the position of CFO, such as BAHGAT Group, Alcan Telecom, United neutral Glass, ENERGYA (El Sewedy), and DMG (Mountain View Mother Company).
His expertise and areas of management in addition to the finance sector covers information systems, supply chains, legal, contracts, and administration. He is a great believer in technology and people motivation, which are his main areas of strength in management. Currently, he has his own consultancy firm, which is specialized in restructuring and re-engineering of firms.


Yasser Koura

Koura graduated from Colorado State University in 1992 with a bachelor of science in civil engineering. He received a master's of business administration, construction management from Trinity University in 2001. Koura worked as a training engineer at Front Range Contractors-Denver, Colorado, USA 1992-1993, a site engineer at Al-Habashi Constructions and a site manager for the Mubarak library in Giza 1993–1994. He is currently an owner and partner of five companies; Construction companies (Alamia for Construction and Trading), real estate development companies (Dream residence for real estate development, Megabuild for real estate development, Port Said for real estate development and tourism and Prime for Development and Trading) and Project management (Megabuild for Management and Urban Development).

Koura is also was a member of the Youth Organization of NDP (National Democratic Party), a member of the General Secretariat and the Executive Office of the Egyptian National Movement Party, a member of the Supreme Committee of the Egyptian National Movement Party, he was a Secretary of Political Communication of the Egyptian National Movement Party (August 2013 - June 2014), a general coordinator of the Egyptian Front coalition, a member of the Board of Directors of the Nile Basin Council and Chairman of the Business Committee, a secretary-general of Cairo Governorate of the Egyptian National Movement Party. Additionally, he was the Founding member of the Egyptian Stability Front, a member of the Arbitration Committee of the League of Arab States, a possible candidate for the Egyptian presidency in the 2012 elections, an under-Secretary of the Free People's Party 2012. Founder and member of many movements and coalitions such as the silent bloc coalition in 2011-and others, he was a chairman and founder of the Future Party (formerly Egypt 2000) from 2015 to 2016 and first assistant for president of the Wafd Party and member of the Supreme Commission since 2016 till current.
