Sameh Abdel Fadil, CIA

Chief Audit Executive

Sameh Abdel Fadil graduated from Faculty of Commerce and Business Administrations with a bachelor's in accounting in 1999.  Fadil began working at Arthur Anderson - Egypt, one of the leading external audit firms in the world at the time. He later moved to Mobinil, a reputable and well-recognized telecommunication company in Egypt, as senior internal auditor, where he became one of the pioneers in applying the Sarbanes Oxley Act in Egyptian companies. He has nearly fifteen years of experience in performing internal auditing, including ten years as an internal audit manager at AUC. In 2015 the University management and the chair of the Audit Committee promoted Fadil to Chief Audit Executive. Fadil is also a founding member of Cairo's chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

 

 

Mohamed Salah

Internal Audit Manager

Mohamed Salah owns over a decade of professional experience in the field of internal and external auditing. He possesses vast knowledge in planning, implementing and supervising audit assignments, as well as delivering results on various managerial levels. Additionally, he has extensive expertise in team and volunteer management. He passed through most audit levels and positions for many multinational organizations including KPMG, FedEx, The American University in Cairo (AUC) and Arab Open University (AOU). 

He has a multitude of international experience, delivering audit reports in Egypt, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan and Lebanon. He has also consolidated reports for the MENA region and north Africa.

 

Mahmoud Eissa

Internal Audit Manager

Mahmoud Eissa Started his career as an external auditor in Pricewaterhousecoopers, the leading consulting and auditing firm in the world, for four years. Subsequently, he worked three years in internal auditing, performing operational, financial and compliance audits. His main auditing and consulting assignments were for major multinational clients working in different fields, which enabled him to gain great knowledge and experience.

Eissa performed a number of assignments in different countries besides Egypt such as, the United states, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Libya and Sudan
