Pay Your Tuition

Calculation of payment for tuition is based on course load (the number of credit hours you have registered for) and the prevailing rates per credit hour for the semester.

This tuition and other mandatory fees will add up to your total due payment for this semester.

In addition to the regular tuition fees, all International Students are charged Mandatory Medical Service and Health Insurance fees – for more details please refer to the section for international students in this package. Egyptian students are charged mandatory medical insurance – details will be announced soon.

Once you have completed registration for Spring 2018 courses, please proceed to printing your bill from the web to obtain the ‘payment order’, with which tuition fees are to be paid. The overall outstanding fees are available on Banner Self Service or at the front desk of the Student Accounts Office – Administration Building.

Please find below the instructions to access your fees on Banner Self Service:

  1. Visit Banner Self Service
  2. Login with your AUC email username and password
  3. Click on Student => Student Account => Account Summary by Term
  4. The amount due for payment is indicated on the last line as (Account Balance or Current Amount due)

Even if your fees as an international student have already been paid before leaving for Cairo, please do pass by Student Accounts front desk, show them your payment receipt to confirm that tuition has been accounted for, and also check if other payments remain pending for you.

Any payment to AUC requires that you include the following details on the bank payment slip:

The student’s AUC ID number
The student’s official full name
The semester(s) for which the payment is made
