Workshop Overview:

Problem solving and decision-making are inseparable central parts of managers’ day-to-day practices. Grasping the fundamentals of problem solving, developing critical thinking skills, and learning how to employ effective problems solving techniques in a team setting have become a necessity for successful organizational growth in today’s dynamic markets.

This workshop aims at empowering managers with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for mastering the process of problem solving and decision-making, identifying the root causes of the problem, and applying structured problem solving methods to dismantle problems through generating original rational and explicable solutions.

 Communication strategies:

o Deliver a Decision to Colleagues in an Effective Manner

o Monitor the Reactions of Everybody

o Involve Reducing Potential Resistance


 Release information:

o When to Release Information

o Sell the Decision

o Listen to Objections and Overcome them

o Respond to Staff, Maintain Contact and Avoid Secrecy
