Staff Exchange Program in Europe - Summer 2020
In light of the Office of the Human Resources' continuous efforts to focus on staff talent development and career progression, we are gladly announcing a one-week exchange program at one of, and not limited to, the below host universities in Europe. This program is under the Erasmus Plus Program agreements within the scope of those host universities.

Requirements
Staff Exchange Program candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Staff must be full-time staff.
- Staff’s profile must match the requirements of the vacant slot at the university applied for.
- He/she has the skills, knowledge, and experience required for the position.
- Meet the entry requirements of the host country.
- Has a high proficiency in the English language.
- He/she can act as an ambassador for the AUC and spread a positive reputation and image.
- Has never experienced this program before.
Before a candidate application can be approved, all of the below documentation must be sent to staff.exchange@aucegypt.edu latest by Wednesday, November 27, 2019:
- An updated resume.
- A proposal mentions the overall objective and benefits from this international professional experience and the employee’s expectations on how this experience will enhance his/her personal and departmental goals.
- A letter with approval from the direct manager summarizing the employee’s past performance.
Staff members who will join this program will not pay any fees to the host university and will receive travel and accommodation expenses through the Erasmus plus funds. The host university and the Erasmus plus office in that university will grant the final approval according to their requirements. Staff members joining this program record their experience at the hosting university and provide a short report on their progress and results.
