AUC Liberal Arts Undergraduate Scholarship 

Building upon AUC's commitment to internationalization and to offer exceptional liberal arts education in a cross-cultural environment and promoting liberal arts education in Egypt, the AUC liberal arts undergraduate scholarship will offer exceptional partial and full undergraduate scholarships to students from Egypt, the region and the United States to study humanities and social sciences.

Egyptian Public School Scholarship Fund (PSSF)

AUC launched the Public School Scholarship Fund (PSSF) in 1990 to expand opportunities to academically outstanding and financially disadvantaged students. The selection of finalists is based on high academic achievement and geographic diversity. Supported by both individuals and corporations, the PSSF has graduated more than 280 students who attended public schools and who have demonstrated exceptional academic potential at AUC. Today, over 100 PSSF recipients are enrolled at AUC over 30 of them are supported by individual and corporate donors, while the remaining students are awarded scholarships funded by AUC.

The Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor Scholarship Fund

Established in 2015 to provide tuition and accommodation to a total of 10 outstanding Egyptian students who come from outside of Cairo. Selection is based on student's academic merit and financial need.

Egyptian Refining Company (ERC) Public School Scholarship االشركة المصرية للتكرير

Established in 2016 to support tuition for one undergraduate student from a public school in Matareya, Khosos, or Shark Shubra El Kheima (Mostorod).

Abdulhadi H. Taher Endowed Scholarships (Vacant slot for Saudi students only) 

The Abdulhadi H. Taher Endowed Scholarships provide full or partial support to Egyptian and Saudi Arabian students who demonstrate financial need and outstanding academic performance. The fund also includes housing for Saudi Arabian students or Egyptian students who live outside Cairo and Giza.

Athletic Scholarship

This is an annual scholarship provided to a select number of students who participate in University-sponsored sports. Students who are awarded this scholarship receive full or partial reduction in their tuition for a maximum of 15 credit hours per semester.

The Azmy Scholarship

Established in 2020 to support the tuition and fees for one undergraduate Egyptian student from Upper Egypt who demonstrates need and merit. 

The Cultural Scholarship

This is a scholarship awarded every fall semester. Students awarded this scholarship receive a full or partial reduction in their tuition for a maximum of 15 credit hours per semester.

The Hadhramout Foundation Scholarship

The Hadhramout Foundation Scholarship will support a total of 15 high achieving Yemeni undergraduate students to pursue their studies in one of the majors offered at AUC. Students need to demonstrate academic merit and financial need.

Mohammed Bin Abdulkarim A. Allehedan Endowed Scholarship and Scientific Research Fund

Established in 2015 to support Arab students (females or males) in the fields of basic science such as mathematics, engineering, physics, chemistry, biology, energy and petroleum, water and environment, economics, and development. Acceptance will be based on merit and financial need.

Armenian Evangelical Scholarship

A scholarship to be awarded to worthy scholars of Armenian origin in need of financial assistance to enable them to pursue studies leading to undergraduate degrees.

Hayel Saeed Endowed Scholarship

Established in 1994 to cover tuition, housing, board, textbooks, medical insurance, and local medical services for up to four Yemeni students who meet the University requirements for admission. The scholarship covers tuition for a regular academic load of 15 credit hours per semester in the fall and spring semesters. Overloads, minors as well as attending summer and winter sessions can only be processed after the approval of AUC's Office of Student Financial Affairs and Scholarships.

Sawiris Undergraduate Scholarship for Students with Disabilities

Egyptian nationals residing in Egypt (preference will not be given to dual nationality holders). A recent graduate from high school (thanawiya amma) or its equivalent with a minimum score of 85 percent. Submit certified medical proof of disability along with social and community engagement.
