My Performance Journey - Kick off, FY20 Cycle

In light of our pursuit to achieve AUC strategic objectives through implementing efficient tools to develop the performance of AUC staff, we are happy to announce the Kick-off of the new Performance Management Cycle for the year FY20.
AUC will embrace the new Performance Management Cycle through SAP Success Factors, to ensure strategy and goals alignment, continuous improvement of workforce performance through ongoing coaching and feedback, and accurate evaluations in order to recognize top talents.

Review/approve between first and second-line manager in preparation for the calibration step

Calibration

Discussion: HRBP, senior admin. to align the rating with the curve

Employee Signature

Employee acknowledges the final performance rating post-calibration

The following guidelines explain the performance expectation from each rating level on the overall rating for AUC Staff Performance Evaluation and expected distribution range. Percentages may vary depending on a headcount and highly indicated achievements and initiatives.
