Total Rewards Support, Office of Human Resources (50031378)

 Reports to: Senior Director, Total Rewards

Purpose: To support total rewards function inclusive of job grading, job description, benchmarking, equity pay and reward programs implementation.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Participate in data collection and job matching exercise in annual salary surveys for compensation and benefits

  • Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans

  • Develop, review and edit job description in coordination with administrative directors for approval, implementation, and assignment of relevant job level

  • Facilitate job evaluation committee meetings and grade jobs in order to determine pay level and salaries

  • Ensure equitable and competitive pay practices

  • Generate and develop reports, to summarize job analysis, evaluation, and compensation analysis information

  • Take part in implementing different rewards programs; launch and coordinate logistics of reward programs special events

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement: B.A. degree in Business Management or any related field. 

Experience: Five years of general HR experience and a minimum of two years in compensation.

Skills:

  • The ability for in-depth analysis to interpret and evaluate obscure/vague information in the development of new solutions for complex technical and/or managerial problems

  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in comparing and recommending numerous solutions

  • Advanced skills in Excel

  • Analytical ability and inductive thinking

  • Sound judgment to set priorities, evaluate results, coordinate work with subordinates and other units, and so forth

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflicts
