Pay the deposit by no later than January 15, 2018

The deposit is mandatory and is required to secure a place in the graduate program. January 15, 2018, is the deadline for the payment of the deposit, after which this offer of admission is forfeited and will be made available to those next in line on the waiting list. Create an AUC Email Account between January 20 and January 24, 2018

If you already have an AUC email account as a student or staff/faculty member at the University, then you should not create another AUC email account. However, staff/faculty admitted to Spring 2018 graduate programs are required to create a student e-mail account.

Mandatory Registration for the Graduate Student Orientation 

All new graduate students must attend the graduate student orientation held at the New Cairo campus. Whether you decide to use your own car or make use of the bus transportation services (free of charge during orientation week only), you now need to complete and submit the online orientation and registration form. Advising and Registration

Once you have completed your course planning form sign it and obtain the signature of the academic adviser on the form. Secure the instructor’s permission where required. Proceed to the department assistant who will allow you to access registration for courses online. You will not be able to process web registration for your courses if you do not complete this step. If you have not already done so, you should pay your fees on time
to avoid late charges. For more information on tuition, click here.

STEP SEVEN

Get Your AUC Student ID Card

Take your stamped payment receipt or your signed fellowship award letter and go to the ID section in the Administration Building, Room G020 or at the Student Service Center (SSC) to have your picture taken. Then get your Student Identification card, which will allow you to access the campus and library services.

Sign Up for the Graduate Student List

The graduate student electronic mailing list is a service for all graduate students that will keep you updated with announcements on fellowships, conferences and upcoming events pertaining to graduate students. Once you have created an AUC email account, you will be automatically subscribed to the graduate student list and will receive a notification message.

Staff members and AUC alumni ONLY will need to manually subscribe by sending an e-mail to support@aucegypt.edu with the subject “Subscribe Grads”.
