Application Preparation and Submission

Students who wish to apply for financial aid should pick up a financial aid application form from the Student Service Center, or fill in the online form and print it. Then proceed to submit the application (in hard copy) with the required documents to the Student Service Center prior to the deadline.

Check the checklist on the back of the application for the required supporting documents.

Verification and Review

The Office of Student Financial Affairs (OSFA) revises the application form and the supporting documents. The student and or parent may be asked to come for an interview.

Selection

The financial aid applications are submitted to a sub-committee for consideration. The committee's decisions are based on the students' financial needs as illustrated in the financial aid application form and budget limitations. The financial aid office may ask students or parents to pass by the office  if  clarifications or additional information are needed.

Notification

Students pick up the notification letters issued by OSFA from the Student Service Center. ​​
