The mission of the Office of Student Development (OSD) is to prepare AUC students for the challenges of the real world by providing diverse platforms of opportunity for out-of-class learning. Through the guidance of professional staff members and faculty advisers, students are trained to become leaders in extracurricular activities by participating in various conferences, community service and cultural programs, as well as academic-related endeavors. The goal of these programs is to cultivate leadership qualities and a sense of social responsibility to understand and appreciate differences in life.
