Requests to change a room assignment must be made through the online room switch request form below. Submission of the room switch request form does not guarantee approval of the room switch as it depends on availability, the date/time of the request and overall consistency with the financial and social rules and regulations. Students will receive a notification of their status a week before the check-in date. Any requests made after the check-in date will be processed within three business days from the request date.
