The Medical Services Department is located at 5 Youssef El Guindi St. on the ground floor. Services are available on both a walk-in and appointment basis from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm. A qualified nurse is available from 8:00 am. Pharmacy services are available from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
The Medical Services’ clinic in Zamalek hostel is open from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays.
The Medical Services Department's working hours change during Ramadan and August.
